RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RefinedGolfGear (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. STANDARD RETURN WINDOW (MOST PRODUCTS)

 

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted under brand-specific terms below.


To qualify for return, items must be:

 

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

 


 

3. RESTOCKING FEES

 


A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible non-defective returns.

Any applicable restocking fee will be clearly disclosed and approved before the return is processed.


Restocking fees may vary by brand or product type.

 


 

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

 

To request a return:

 

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for written Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping.


Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 


 

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

 

    • Defective item
    • Shipping damage
    • Incorrect item shipped


Return freight for oversized items is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 


 

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 


If your item arrives damaged or defective:

 

  • Notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will coordinate replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

 


We assist directly with manufacturers on your behalf.

 


 

7. LOST OR MISSING ITEMS

 

If your order does not arrive:

 

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We will initiate a carrier investigation.
  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

 

 


 

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

 

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

 


 

9. BRAND-SPECIFIC TERMS

 


Some brands have specific return conditions due to product type or manufacturer requirements. These may include:

 

  • Extended return windows (30–60 days)
  • Final sale items
  • Higher restocking fees (up to 30%)
  • Custom or built-to-order restrictions

 


Brand-specific terms will be clearly indicated on product pages where applicable.


However, all return requests must be initiated through RefinedGolfGear.

 


 

10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 


The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

 

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products
  • Demo units marked as final sale
  • Software, subscriptions, or digital downloads
  • Used or assembled products

 

 


 

11. REFUNDS

 


Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: up to 14 business days after inspection.
  • Banks may require additional time to post funds.


Partial refunds may apply if items are returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error).

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
