At RefinedGolfGear (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping information. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered within the United States.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

 

We currently ship within the continental United States (Lower 48 states) only.


We do not ship to:

 

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

 

 


2. ORDER PROCESSING

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or manufacturer-direct items may require extended lead times. If applicable, estimated lead times are listed on the product page.

 


Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

 


3. SHIPPING METHODS

 


Orders may ship using one of the following methods depending on size and weight:

 

  • Standard Parcel Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • Freight / LTL Shipping for oversized or heavy items

 


Freight deliveries are curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged in advance.

 


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

 

Delivery timelines begin once the order has shipped.

 

  • Standard Parcel: 3–7 business days

  • Freight / Oversized Items: 5–12 business days

  • Manufacturer-Direct or Custom Items: 2–4 weeks (if applicable)

 


Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

 


 

5. SHIPPING COSTS

 

We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).

There are no hidden shipping fees for standard delivery.

For oversized or freight items, standard curb side freight delivery is included in the listed price unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Optional services such as liftgate, inside delivery, white glove service, remote delivery, or expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.


Any additional services will be quoted and confirmed before fulfilment.


6. FREIGHT DELIVERY INFORMATION


For large or heavy items shipped via freight:

 

  • Delivery is curbside.

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item will fit through doorways, hallways, and intended installation areas.

  • Additional services such as liftgate, inside delivery, or white glove service may be available for an additional charge.

 

 


7. DELIVERY INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS


Please inspect your shipment at delivery.

 

  • Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Photos of any damage should be taken immediately.

  • Damage or missing items must be reported to us within 48–72 hours of delivery.

 


We will assist in coordinating with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve approved damage claims.


Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

 


8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

 

  • Contact us immediately.

  • We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

  • Resolution will be determined based on the carrier’s findings.

 


We are committed to working with customers to help resolve delivery issues.

 


9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

  • Order changes must be requested as soon as possible after purchase.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.

  • Shipped cancellations will be treated in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

 


10. WARRANTY & BRAND-SPECIFIC TERMS

 

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties or brand-specific shipping timelines.

All customer service inquiries must be directed to RefinedGolfGear, and we will coordinate directly with manufacturers when necessary.
