To be eligible for return credit, the following conditions must be met:
Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging with all components included and show no signs of wear or damage
Restocking Fees
Returns not meeting return requirements may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%
Fees apply if the product shows wear, damage, or missing components
Launch monitors and projectors are subject to inspection prior to approval
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original packaging must be retained for all returns and warranty support
Processing time may take up to 14 business days after the return is received

Warranty
The SkyTrak Golf Simulator Enclosure includes a 1-year domestic-use warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Important Notes
The impact screen is a consumable item and will naturally wear over time
Only clean, relatively new golf balls should be used
Balls with marker lines, cuts, or scuffs will significantly reduce screen lifespan
Setup Requirement
The included Velcro border protection must be fully installed on the left, right, and top edges of the impact screen before use
Failure to properly install the enclosure or screen voids the warranty

Warranty Returns
Defective products may be replaced with the same item without a restocking fee
Damage during shipping must be noted with the freight carrier at delivery and reported within 24 hours
